Refund policy

• Return process must begin via email within ten (10) business days of receiving merchandise.
• Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable & non-refundable. 
• Beyond Beauty Supply is not responsible for shipping charges on all returns.
• All items being returned need to be shipped within fourteen (14) business days of receiving merchandise.
• No return will be accepted without prior authorization.
• Items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

In the event that a return is a result of our error, shipping will be cover by Beyond Beauty Supply. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
